The monthly invoice sends itself over WhatsApp
A workflow that issues the monthly invoice in the management software and sends it to the client over WhatsApp, with nobody having to remember.
The problem
Every month someone had to remember: log into the invoicing software, issue the client's invoice, download it and send it by hand over WhatsApp. A two-minute chore that gets forgotten, gets delayed, and ends up costing weeks of late payments.
What got built
A workflow that does it alone: it creates the invoice in the management software following the correct series, picks it up as a PDF and sends it to the client over WhatsApp.
What changed
Every month, on schedule, with nobody having to remember. It's the cheapest example of what I do and the easiest to grasp: two minutes a month multiplied by every client, recovered for good.
