The problem
A long documentary needs research, a script, narration, hundreds of images and editing, and then you need to know why people leave. Doing it by hand leaves no time for the second part, which is what grows a channel.
What got built
A Spanish-language channel on naval disasters and mysteries. Every fact in the script is checked against sources cited in the description, the narration is generated on a timeline, images are placed over the real voice, and each documentary spins off several Shorts that point back to the long video. Everything is scheduled and uploaded automatically.
What changed
The first week already showed where it failed: people stayed through the opening and left during the context block. In the second documentary that block went from 53 to 30 seconds. That's how the work goes here: publish, measure, and fix with the data, not with a hunch.
