A system that builds export files from the documents: it classifies the goods, checks the official EU tables and generates the customs declaration.
The problem
Every export was prepared by hand: read the customer invoice, decide which tariff code the goods travel under, check which permits the destination country demands, and type it all into the management software. Hours per file, with an expensive mistake waiting to happen.
What got built
A system where you upload the documents and it returns the file assembled: it classifies the goods, checks the EU's official tables for which controls that tariff line requires for that destination, validates the paperwork, and generates the customs declaration PDF plus the import file for the management software.
What changed
The team goes from typing to reviewing. And one non-negotiable design rule: the system never approves anything by itself, because legal responsibility before Customs belongs to a person and has to stay there.
